888apk Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

Welcome to 888apk. By accessing, registering for, or using our platform at 888apk.bar, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our platform immediately.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and 888apk ("Platform", "We", or "888apk"). This document governs your use of all services, features, and content provided by 888apk, including live casino games, slot games, sports betting, the mobile app, and all related facilities.

888apk reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure you remain compliant with the latest version.

To use the 888apk platform and register as a member, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration. 888apk enforces a strict age policy and does not allow underage individuals to use our platform under any circumstances.
• Registering under your own name only. Each individual is only permitted to hold one account active at any one time. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Providing accurate, current, and complete personal information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, identification number, and valid contact details.
• Not listed as an individual self-excluded or barred from using online gambling platforms by personal request or by decision of a relevant authority.
• Not using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.

888apk reserves the right to request supporting documents for identity verification purposes at any time. Required documents may include a copy of your ID card, passport, bank statement, or recent proof of address. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary restriction or termination of your account.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure, including your username and password. 888apk recommends using a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols — and not sharing this information with anyone.

All activity carried out through your account is entirely your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team via live chat within the platform immediately.

• Accounts are personal and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any other technical means to access or operate the platform is strictly prohibited.
• 888apk uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all communications between your device and our servers.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and strongly recommended for additional account protection.

888apk supports a wide range of payment methods suited for players in Malaysia, including DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX, and direct transfers to major banks such as Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

The terms relating to financial transactions are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM 20 per transaction, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion or special offer.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing time: Most requests are processed within 15 to 30 minutes. Some cases may require additional review of up to 24 hours depending on verification requirements.
• Bank account name: The registered bank account name must match the member's verified name as confirmed through the KYC process. A mismatch may result in withdrawal delays or rejection.
• Daily withdrawal limit: The standard withdrawal limit is RM 50,000 per day. VIP players enjoy higher limits based on their respective eligibility.

All deposits and withdrawals are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance checks. 888apk reserves the right to hold payments and request additional documents if any suspicious or unusual activity is detected on your account.

888apk offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time, including welcome bonuses for new members, deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, seasonal offers, and an exclusive VIP programme. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions as stated on the relevant promotions page.

The general terms applicable to all 888apk bonuses and promotions are as follows:

1. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal can be made from the bonus balance.
2. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once by each eligible new member. Attempting to claim this bonus more than once through multiple accounts is a serious violation.
3. 888apk reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through fraudulent means, abuse, or violation of promotional terms.
4. Expiry dates apply to all bonuses. Unused bonuses that are not utilised within the specified period will expire automatically without compensation.
5. The maximum withdrawal amount from bonus wins may be capped depending on the type of promotion. Check the promotions page for full details.

888apk reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions. Situations that may lead to account termination include, but are not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Confirmation that the user is an individual under 18 years of age.
• Registering and using multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes or bonus exploitation.
• Involvement in money laundering activities or suspicious financial transactions.
• Use of assistance software or bots to manipulate game outcomes.
• Threats, harassment, or abusive behaviour directed at staff or other players.

In the event of account termination not involving a breach, any balance in your account that has met the wagering requirements will be returned to you via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. However, if termination is due to fraud or a serious breach, 888apk reserves the right to withhold all balances and wins.

If you have any complaint or dispute regarding the 888apk platform, we encourage you to contact our customer support team first via the 24/7 live chat available within the platform. We are committed to resolving every complaint fairly and transparently in the shortest possible time.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 days, you have the right to refer the matter to a recognised independent mediator, subject to the relevant jurisdiction. The mediator's decision is final and binding on both parties.
